What we do with your information
How we handle waitlist information.
Updated October 2026
- What we collect: only what you type into the form, plus the website measurement below.
- How we use it: only to contact you by email or phone about the waitlist and our service.
- Never sold or shared, except with the service providers who help run the site: Webflow (website and form storage), Google (email and analytics) and Microsoft (website measurement).
- Waitlist information is kept until you become a client or ask us to remove it, and inactive signups are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept while you are a client, plus 12 months.
- If a family member signs up for you, we use what they share only to reach out, and we delete it if you ask.
- Email info@senior-secure.com or call (207) 400-2472 to see, change or delete your information.
How we measure our website
We use two tools to see how people use our website, so we can make it easier:
- Google Analytics shows us things like how many people visit, which pages they view and roughly where they're visiting from (city or region, never your exact location).
- Microsoft Clarity records how you use our pages (clicks, scrolling and how the page moves) so we can replay visits and see where pages are confusing. We use Clarity's Strict masking, which hides everything you type and all text on the page, so we can't see your name, email, passwords, account numbers or anything else you enter. Microsoft keeps visit recordings for 30 days. It keeps click and heatmap data, and some recordings, for up to 9 months, then deletes them. Microsoft collects this data and may also use it for its own purposes, including advertising (see its privacy statement (opens in a new tab)).
These tools use cookies to work. We don't sell this information, and we don't use it for advertising. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the website will still work.
Bank and brokerage alerts
We see only the alert emails you choose to send us. We use them only to look out for you: to call you when something looks wrong and, if you've said yes, to give your advisor or a family member you choose a heads-up. We never sell your information or use it for ads. You can turn off forwarding at any time, and we'll delete what we hold when you ask.
